Will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing information about HVAC products and services, processing orders, scheduling service appointments, and assisting with general office tasks. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth communication between the company and its clients while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person regarding HVAC services, products, and billing.
- Schedule appointments for HVAC technicians for installation, repairs, and maintenance services. Ensure timely follow-ups and reminders to customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records, including service history, product details, and any communications. Process and file documentation as needed.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by handling complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Escalate when necessary.
- Assist with general office duties as filing, managing customer databases, and coordinating with other departments (technicians, sales team, etc.)
Minimum 3-5 years customer service.
