About the role The Operations Manager is responsible for leading a team of project managers to provide support and thought leadership for a wide variety of large and complex program lifecycle services onboardings.

The goal is to achieve successful completion and delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget. Plan, manage, and coordinate personnel and operations processes. Responsible for Service Level Adherence Continuously evaluate processes, procedures, and systems for optimization.

Manage multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously in various phases of development and deployment Ability to provide detailed communications to Sr. Leadership, Clients, and internal Teams. Proactively seek to continuously improve PMO and project management processes and tools in alignment with applicable PMI standards Influence, review, and critique others’ designs, ensuring best practices are followed and lessons learned are incorporated throughout the department Coach, mentor, and support direct reports Consistently demonstrate and model key organizational behaviors of customer service, teamwork, collaboration, and excellence Issue regular reports and some travel required.

What we’re looking for Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of five (5) years of supply chain or IT related experience, a minimum of six (9) years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous leadership experience required. Excellent organization, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills Strong Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Project.
