Job Title: Admin Assistant || Office Assistant
Location: Douglas, AZ 85607
Pay Rate – $20 – $25/hr.
Hours will be M-F, 8am-4:30pm AZ time
Duration – 12-month Contract (Possible Extension)
Responsibilities:
- Closing Out Jobs & Processes – Ensuring that completed work is properly documented and finalized.
- Managing Joint Use Backlog – Likely involves tracking and updating shared utility or infrastructure projects.
- Updating ADMS Tickets – Handling updates in an Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS), which is used for monitoring and managing utility networks.
- Creating Work Packets – Compiling necessary documents and instructions for team members or field workers.
- Answering Phones – Providing customer service or internal support by handling inquiries.
- Ordering Office Supplies – Ensuring the team has the necessary materials and equipment.
- Scanning Closed Jobs into Maximo – Maximo is an asset management system, meaning the role involves digitizing and archiving completed work for tracking and compliance.
