Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As the Parts Warehouse Person, your key responsibilities will include:

• Receive shipments, correctly identifying and verifying goods received
• Stock goods received, ensuring goods are placed in the correct bin location
• File vendor packing slips and carrier waybill copies
• Pull items listed on order from inventory, and pack orders, ensuring accuracy
• Prepare shipping documentation for orders
• Contact carriers to request pickup and respond to order inquiries
• Provide accurate pricing and availability of parts for all requested quotes
• Follow up on outstanding quotes and close all possible orders
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and orderly warehouse and maintain all stocking locations
• Perform inventory counts and investigate inventory discrepancies
• Provide Service Technicians with parts as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:

• At least one year of relevant warehouse or inventory work experience
• Previous automotive parts experience is a strong asset
• High school diploma, or equivalent
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A customer service mindset and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Confident self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
