About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Support Center Agent (Offsite) to join our Administrative team. In this hourly, full-time position, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently. Working offsite, you will play a critical role in addressing customer needs, troubleshooting problems, and guiding them toward solutions, all while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor. What You’ll Do
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in English.
- Provide accurate product, service, and troubleshooting information to customers.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
- Monitor and update customer accounts with relevant details and ensure all information is up-to-date.
- Maintain service quality by adhering to company guidelines and standards.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer support experience and provide feedback for improvement.
- Assist in creating and maintaining support center documentation, FAQs, and training materials.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote or offsite setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Familiarity with customer service software, call center systems, and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.

The Pay Range For This Role Is
19.15 – 30.10 USD per hour(Remote (Scottsdale, Arizona, US))
