The schedule for this position is 6 p.m. – 6 a.m. on a rotating 2-2-3 shift.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Perform the efficient operation of all Sapac Packaging equipment to maintain Company established production standards for pounds per hour of finished product and bags per hour.
- Perform start-up and shut-down functions of the powder bin and rare earth magnet, packaging filler, ink jet coding machine, metal detection equipment and palletizing system.
- Maintain proper packaging supply stock.
- Keep accurate and legible records.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times.
- Adhere to all SOP’s and HACCP guidelines.
- Adhere to all UDA quality, safety, and GMP policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformity.
- Other duties as required.

Qualifications:
General Skills & Abilities needed to complete job successfully:
- Ability to operate packaging equipment.
- Requires ability to read, hear, speak, and comprehend and carry out verbal and written instructions in English
Experience:
- General knowledge of packaging equipment and conveyor systems is helpful
